Created weekly schedule for all Tier II employees (~20 employees).
Trained employees on software remediation and hardware repairs (Dell and Apple).
Automated & mantained various business tasks using Microsoft Power Automate

Position: Student Supervisor • Department: ResNet Resource Center (RRC)

Supervised ~40 student technicians who preformed Tier II hardware and software repairs on student-owned laptops.
Created weekly schedule for all employees.
Trained employees on software remediation and hardware repairs (Dell and Apple).
Managed & supervised for annual port checks, where all 15,000 beds on campus were checked for internet connectivity and cable TV access.

In August 2019, the department was merged with Northeastern's ITS department.
